Everybody is different and therefore, every body is different.
Every body needs different things in and out of the gym. I strongly believe that movement can be healing, and that people don’t have to live the rest of their life with pain.
That’s where I come in.
I teach people how to find intentional movement that works for their body. I want to keep people out there, living life, doing what they enjoy doing.
