“Just finished 8 weeks of training with Lindsay. Before, I had poor mobility in my upper back and impingement in my shoulders. Putting the time aside to focus on these areas and following the program Lindsay did for me, I have never felt better or stronger!
Lindsay took the time to find the problem with a simple assessment. She then programmed workouts that were specific to what I needed. She checked in with me every week to make sure I was feeling and doing well with the workouts. There were days I couldn’t make it to the gym to use the equipment that was needed for the exercises, and she modified the exercises to the equipment I did have access to! “When Lindsay approached me about my past injury with my right elbow I was immediately on board with her because I’ve worked with her as a coach/athlete setting for almost 2 years and there is no one I trusted more than her to help me regain my mobility back in my right elbow.
Lindsay did a very thorough assessment on my mobility and quickly had programming to me within days. It was a six-week journey that took me about 20-30 minutes 2-3 times a week. I would simply just do it before my workouts. Although there were movements that she advised I rest for six weeks, I ended up coming out more balanced and stronger, and most of all, she taught me how to maintain my body and keep me strong and healthy.When I first started her program, I could not bend my right elbow or touch my fingers to my shoulder, which my doctor told me I may never be able to do. After the six weeks with Lindsay, I have little to no pain and I can now touch my shoulder.
