You will perform a simple, but comprehensive movement screen and strength balance test so that I can prescribe the exact things that your body needs.
Education on your Body
Every body is different, remember? Learn what you may be lacking in flexibility or mobility that could potentially lead to injury. You’ll be armed with knowledge you need to be smart and intentional during activities you love.
Balance
I want to get your body as balanced as possible so that you can continue doing what you love without worrying about injury and pain.
Intentional Programming
From start to finish… warm ups, lifts, accessory work, and cool downs all have INTENTION and are based on your screening.
Consistent Communication & Support
You will have my phone number if you need me at any time. Plus, we will check in with each other two times a week to ensure there is progress and accountability. Expect communication and support from me.
Empowerment
